I had been waiting for this day for years… Before this, I was like an 80 years old “uncle” keep on asking Stanley when will be his turn of getting married
. And finally, it came. Man… Stanley and Chiew Khuin have been together for decades, even before I met my wife; they should have done this many many years ago. haha!
Their wedding was special to me because I have to become his “hengtai” rather than being the cameraman like what I used to be normally (yet, I still bring my camera to keh-poh). Also, I get to meet the “legendary” JENNY SUN! – the famous wedding photographer from Sydney Australia. I did not take a lot of photos that day; instead, enjoyed myself as his hentai/guest, and also to give minimum disruption to the official photographers who are hired to do the job. Sometimes, I just have to be IN the photos rather than BEHIND the camera, right? Well, another reason I wasn’t able to take as many photos is that I was almost drunk at the end of the luncheon. hahaha…..or maybe I should post the drunk blur shots?
TO STANLEY,
Bro, work harder every night ya! you have been falling behind, keep up the pace. kekekekekke!!

The legendary Jenny Sun…
OP of the day!

My seat…:)

haha~ our “self” group photos…I am IN the photos, ok?

ALL PHOTOS HERE.
Nesohu is one of my Rojak photokaki that we meet up to shoot Race Queens at Sepang the last 2 years. Honestly, I didn’t get to know much about this guy until his BIG day. Well, he is also a “toastmaster”.
I remembered I asked Teetoo: “toastmaster si hamit lai? (what is toastmaster)”…and Teetoo’s answer was funny: “those who master in “toasting” things….like bread, wahahaha”…..haha, off course I know he’s just kidding…..but then I was really impressed to see how he proposed to Irene thru “the toastmaster way” and how he did his speech during his wedding day. Respect man!
Ok, enough talking, I am not a toastmaster. Let me share some of the morning session photos.

Another great loving story that I covered a while ago with TY. My best wishes to Jerry and QianFang!

Having some fun with TY doing some “cool” pre-wedding shots before the wedding reception
Well, this assignment was an interesting one. It’s my first time shooting the wedding of a couple from different races. The couple is from Singapore, where they already have thier “official” wedding in Singapore, both Malay and Chinese style, and this round they just wanna have a simple one at Ai Ling’s hometown with their relatives and close friends here in Penang.
Since it’s a simple one, we had more time after the tea ceremony session and decided to do a quick shooting session around the streets…..

This was my first wedding assignment for year 2009 with my shooting buddy Pinky. Chuan Pin made it a very special and memorable wedding for Hoon Seah when he arrived at her place with an antique car…..
Congratulation to Chuan Pin and Hoon Seah again and thanks for engaging our service. Here are some highlights for the day.

Ok, just got the permission from T-Pin and Mandy to share this. Thanks!
T-Pin, another old friend of mine since Primary school (seems like all the old friends are getting married at the same time huh? LOL~). And Mandy and I knew each other thru a tuition class during high school time. Funny thing is that I never “relate” them in my “friendship network” as I don’t really know that they know each other… until I was on my way to their wedding reception. Hahaha….what a small world!
Would like to congrats them again and thanks them for giving me the opportunity to cover their big day. I really enjoyed the process very much!
Here’s the slideshow of the ceremony session on 27th of Dec. To ensure uninterrupted viewing pleasure, try pausing the video to wait for buffer to be loaded. Enjoy!!

Ya, ya, I have to admit, I was being lazy for the past few weeks. There’s only one update for the month of Dec 2008. Haha, by not finding excuses I better show my action with an update.

Oh yeah, another old friend getting married. Now all the “old men” were getting married. LOL~ Guan Tatt is a friend of mine since primary school; and we were among the active members in the Scout troop during high school, spending countless time together running activities: campfire, training camp, JOTA…..
His “big days” ware like a mini reunion to us. All the high school friends joining the fun and sharing the joys with the couple. And off course, you won’t miss the “tradition” of CLHS – taking ppl pants off!! Sorry that the photos would have to be censored off from the album since it’s rated as “18-SX”. But who else would you guess the victim be?
