I love to take pictures from the flight window. Although I know the composition of the pictures will be limited, but I am not worry about that so much. I just like to enjoy the view from up high, whether it’s a whole bunch of tiny little tress, or the miniature houses and cars, or the ever changing cloudscape…

This is the pictures taken while I was on my way back from WeeLoon & Chev’s wedding. I was on my iphone listening to music while enjoying my clicking…

With all these attractive info I got from internet and my colleagues in US, it became my first targeted place to visit when I was there in AZ. It only takes about 2 hours drive to travel from the place I stayed to Sedona, hence it’s a great place to visit for a short trip plan.  There are quite a number of great scenary spots you can visit in Sedona but due to time limitation, I only got to visit a few of them. In which, the Church of the Holy Cross is one my top rank places to visit, due to it’s stunning architechture built over the top of the hill.

(tuning back the time to last year this time – 2008)

As mentioned in my Arizona Diaries – Monument Valley post before, I had to travel to Arizona for my company’s product transfer assignment; and these photos we taken when I was on my way there and also around the place that I was staying. It marked the beginning of my journey to the desert land….

I’m slowly making some progress digging out those photos taken during my trip there, stay tune!

Next stop will be at Sedona.

所谓的城邑民俗村

午餐吃黑猪，也可在民俗村找到。。。好可爱，它还会发脾气，耍性子。 妈呀，人类怎舍得吃它的呢？（可黑猪肉真的确非常极度之相当好吃~ 肥而不腻，完全不会把它和胆固醇联想在一起）:p

大长今拍摄场景；本人并不是什么韩剧迷，也不记得有这么一个场景。。。|||-.-

相信就这块东西（岛）有出现在大长今里吧？（哦，原来它叫将军石）

万众期待的泰迪熊博物馆终于出现了。。。

当然少不了卖泰迪熊的卖场

还有穿上LV装的泰迪熊。。。都是泰迪熊博物馆的镇山之宝

吃鲍鱼粥的餐厅外，喜见蒲公英。。。

吃完早餐，行程中出现个奇怪的安排。。。在韩国看[蒙古马秀]？也罢，反正可以试试看我的SonyR1拍lowlight的本事.

在低光下也给我做到Panning。。。爽透了！

到达下一站[城山日出峰]时才惊觉不妙，因为已是午时，还到日出峰看舍日出？

还好山上的风景还算不赖。。。R1的广角镜，强!

爬到山顶，可尽览整个火山口，只可惜不能环绕整个火山口走一圈。

远处还可看到海女们在潜探海产，只可惜图太小，看不到啦！

下山时，看见只蝴蝶，当然是不放过。

它看起来只是普通一段斜坡路，可当司机大哥关掉引擎，拉开手闸，整辆载满人的旅巴竟然往上坡“溜”。。。实在神奇！！真是路如其名呀！


导游说这其实是种视觉上的错觉，斜坡因为周围的丘陵和树木等环境，在视觉上给人一种上坡的感觉，而造就了这条“神奇之路“。

济州岛又称三多岛：石头多，风多，女人多；该我说应该是“四多岛”，因为蜘蛛也蛮多的。。。

接着就到济州岛的第二个景点 – 龙头岩。龙头岩是很久很久以前火山熔岩喷发后冷却而形成的岩石， 由于岩石型状很像龙头，故得其名。可看来韩国人和我们（华人，中国人）对于龙的想象力还是有段距离。

海女们就在龙头岩附近卖起新鲜海产来了：有鲍鱼，章鱼等等。本来心痒痒想试试的，可又怕吃了肚子痛把旅程给搞砸了，免得“肚烂”，还是忍一忍吧！

济州岛的土地公，土地婆。听说摸摸他们的鼻子许愿是很灵的。

晚餐：红烧青花鱼， 相当新鲜好吃！

晚餐后当然不会错过拍照的黄金时刻，胡乱四周拍一拍。


回到下榻的旅店时，已是近黄昏。

原来韩国也有卖翻版DVD的。。。哈哈，我乱讲的，应该是正版的啦。

小棉羊

泡菜包，味道相当不错，是我们当天的宵夜。

我们也买了辣炒年糕和章鱼烧回旅店痛快一番，阿婶手上拿的就是章鱼烧，和日本的章鱼烧可不一样，却和我们的鱿鱼味道很像。

这次的旅行计划，全盘都由我的岳父母大人包办；虽然目的地并不在我的Most Favourite排名榜中，可却带着能和家人一起出国旅行的心情，至于目的地是那里，是全然不在乎的。。。

包办这次旅行的，是新山升航旅游公司。 我和小狗在前一天就乘Air Asia回柔佛，隔天就和家人浩浩荡荡的从新加坡出发！

第一天：新加坡 ► 首尔 ► 济州岛

新加坡机场刚启用的New Terminal （3）



挨了6个多钟的夜班飞机，终于抵达大韩民国了。。。

踏出仁川国际机场时，太阳已经升起.

由于离乘搭内陆班机去济州岛的时间还早, 第一站导游就带我们这群从马来西亚来的山芭佬去搭渡轮,看海鸥!

看不够,还可以用喂的…

接下来导游就带我们去看韩国的大水沟 – 清溪川

话说韩国在1950至1960年代，由于经济增长及都市发展，清溪川曾被覆盖成为暗渠，清溪川的水质亦因废水的排放而变得恶劣。在1970年代，更在清溪川上面兴建高架道路。2003年7月起，在首尔市长李明博（现今韩国总统）推动下进行重新修复工程，不仅将清溪高架道路拆除，并重新挖掘河道，并为河流重新美化、灌水，及种植各种植物，又征集兴建多条各种特色桥梁横跨河道。工程总耗资9000亿韩圆，在2005年9月完成。

就单从以上的成就的与努力，就可看出韩国人对于环保的坚持和毅力。这也是我去韩国回来， 最印象深刻的一点。也难怪当初的首尔市长李明博会成为现今的韩国总统，人家是有远见的喔！

当今美女过桥，二十年前的美女只好让路。。。

清溪川现已成为首尔市中心一个休憩地点。不过说老实话，偶尔还是会飘来阵阵的沟渠味。

在韩国，白果是不用买的，就像韩国美女般，满街都是。 韩国政府用很多白果树来美化城市，主要是因为它大命，又漂亮。

韩国便利店买的咖啡，买来时还是温的哦！冷天喝可爽透了！

好了，又是坐飞机的好时光。 济州岛，我来了！

I had a long stay there for some crazy product transfer assignment; hence got the opportunity to travel around during weekend and taking tons of photos (which end up most of them are still in my hard drive :p).

Ok, this place is called Monument Valley. It is located on the southern border of Utah with northern Arizona and it took about 6 hours of non-stop driving from Chandler (where I stayed, somewhere near Phoenix). Although it is a bit crazy to drive 6+ hours just to see this, but it is a priceless experience to me.
